JANUARY 2016We have commenced construction of two separate highly insulated
Timber Framed Houses in Hertfordshire. One is a short walk from a canal towpath, the other set within a deer park. Both will be completed this autumn.
NOVEMBER 2015Our latest project has been certified
Zero Carbon. The Code for Sustainable Homes is no longer a requirement but we are using it to measure the performance of our projects. We have diverted over 98% of waste from landfill during the construction of the large house located in a Conservation Area in a North London suburb.
MARCH 2015Marietta Zang has joined us as our new Senior Interior Designer from Colefax and Fowler. Marietta will support our existing clients and will head up our new Interior Design offering.

APRIL 2014Our
Lake House Zero project in Cumbria has achieved Design Stage Certification of the UK's Code for Sustainable Homes. It has achieved the highest level possible and is officially certified as Zero Carbon. The design stage commenced in 2011, five years before new homes are required to achieve this level. Construction began in the Spring of 2012 and is due to be completed next year. At 17,000, Lake House Zero is the largest certified Zero Carbon house in the UK and probably the world.

His work is officially graded as 'Performance Beyond Requirement'. With every section scoring a minimum of 7/10. The 'caring for the workforce' section achieved a massive 10/10.
The Considerate Constructors Scheme is the UK's national initiative set up by the construction industry to improve its image by addressing appearance, community, environment. safety and workforce.

http://www.andremonet.comSEPTEMBER 2011Andrew Clifford trekked Mount Kilimanjaro to raise funds to build a 50 metre wide dam across a sandy river bed in Kenya for the water conservation charity Excellent Development. The dam will provide a secure supply of water for over 5,000 people in the region.
